Here's another guide - mind you, this is a VERY long podcast - about an hr. However, buildcast is a well-done podcast of some theorycrafters, PvPers, and also, a very handsome-in-a-nerdy-way Gary Gannon. Sorry, this episode is a sausage-fest, normally there's at least one token female on the show =(
Anyhoo, if you have time (or, you could always have it running and listen to it while questing or whatnot), this is good info on WvWvW.
