The Azure Flame's ranks have been worked out. Below are the ranks, with detailed descriptions of privileges/duties after. This post may be updated in the future with any changes/supplemental info.

Leader The Guild Leaders work together to oversee the management of the guild as a whole. They will confer with officers on area/duty specific concerns. Responsibilities will divided up or shared by the leaders, overseeing some or all of the officers' duties.
- Leaders will address concerns/violations of the Guild Rules
- Leaders will plan & coordinate guild upgrades
- Leaders will have the ability to invite new players to the guild
- Leaders will have the ability to claim/unclaim WvW forts for TAF
- Leaders will have full access to the Guild Stash and the Treasure Trove
- Leaders will also be responsible for answering any reasonable requests from Senior Members or Members for items the Guild Stash & Treasure Trove
- Leaders will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Leaders will NOT be given higher priority for guild events unless they are part of the organizing group for that event; Senior Members, Members and Initiates will have higher priority
Officer The officers will each have a specific set/area of duties. Multiple officers may similar duties, and thus work together on them. The officer is, in essence, the "head" of that area of the game, thus responsible for being able to assist any guild member regarding that duty. Officers will defer to the leaders.
- Officers will be required to confer with Leaders and address concerns/violations of Guild Rules
- Officers will confer with Leaders about guild upgrades
- Officers will have the ability to invite new players to the guild
- Officers will have the ability to claim/unclaim WvW forts for TAF
- Officers will have full access to the Guild Stash and the Treasure Trove
- Officers will also be responsible for answering any reasonable requests from Senior Members or Members for items the Guild Stash & Treasure Trove
- Officers will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Officers will NOT be given higher priority for guild events unless they are part of the organizing group for that event; Senior Members, Members and Initiates will have higher priority
Senior Member The Senior Members are members who have greatly contributed to the guild and are a valuable asset to the guild. This may be a combination of (but not limited to) any of the following examples: guild stash donations, regularly organizing/attending PvE/PvP events, actively helping fellow guildies, informing management of any conflicts/issues that arise, etc. Senior members may be given areas/duties (similar to officers) to help out with; however, they are not officers and will have to defer to the management.
- Senior Members are required to report concerns/violations of Guild Rules to management
- Senior Members will also have the ability to invite new players to the guild.
- Senior Members will have the ability to claim/unclaim WvW forts for TAF
- Senior Members will have full access to the Guild Stash and to deposit into the Treasure Trove
- Senior Members will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Senior Members will be given higher priority than Members, Initiates or Inactives for any guild events
Member Any guild member registered on the forum will have the rank of Member.
- Members will have full access to the Guild Stash and be able to deposit into the Treasure Trove
- Members will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Members will be given higher priority than Initiates or Inactives for any guild events
Initiate All new players will start at this rank and will remain at this rank until registering for the guild forums
- Initiates will have access to deposit into the Guild Stash
- Initiates will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Initiates will be given higher priority than Inactives for any guild events
Inactive Any member inactive for an excessive duration (without prior notice) will be demoted to this rank. Excessive duration of inactivity is something substantial, such as a couple of months. Prior notice to management of upcoming inactive periods is mandatory. Examples: tough semester at college, moving, birth, or other relevant and significant events.
- Inactives will not have access to deposit nor withdraw from the Guild Stash or Treasure Trove.
- Inactives will not have the ability to display the guild emblem.
- Inactives are also at risk of being removed from the guild should there not be enough space for new recruits
