New Policies take effect in October

Hello all,

Thank you for being a part of [TAF]! We are glad to have so many active members in the guild!

This is an update for a new policy which will soon start.

All [TAF] members must represent the guild by October. By representing, you can see /guild chat and thus see our upcoming events and guild announcements.

Secondly, all [TAF] members must be on Isle of Janthir by October. Transfers are currently free! If you would like to bring friends/family, just let an officer know! =)

We don't wish to ostracize anyone, but guild events are much easier facilitated by everyone representing [TAF] while being on the same home world. We thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.

To clarify:

Members who are not representing [TAF] by October 1st will be demoted to Inactive until they are regularly representing the guild. From that point, they will be moved back to their original rank. Should the issue of not representing occur again, they may again be demoted to Inactive.

Members who are not on Isle of Janthir will have until October 1st to initiate a world transfer to Isle of Janthir. Members who do not do so will receive a final notification from me In-Game. If the notification isn't answered or the transfer does not happen, these members will be removed from the guild. We wish the best of luck in their future guilds and thank them for their time in [TAF]

Please understand that by both being on the same world and representing the guild, it makes grouping and announcing things so much easier. Without representing the guild, one cannot see or talk in /guild chat, thus, they have no idea what may/may not be happening in the guild. And unless all our members are on the same world, grouping up won't be very easy to facilitate.
