Hello guildies!
In an upcoming weekend, the management will be coordinating a big Recruitment Drive. We'll be spreading out throughout different zones in the game throughout the day/evening (or for however long/short we decide the recruitment drive will last). We may utilize guild vent to coordinate groups/zones or whatnot.
I would love it if we could also have initiates and members aid us in this event! It would greatly benefit the guild to have a wider coverage of zones to maximize the recruitment potential! More recruits = more guildies = more potential dungeon mates, WvW mates, or fun people to explore with!
Volunteers would not be asked to stay in a zone for the entire duration of the event. Rather, I will try to take notes of what zones have been advertised in, when, and by whom. This way I can make sure we don't flood a zone with spam, thus reflecting a poor image of the guild.
I will be making simple recruitment messages for the upcoming event with the basics of what The Azure Flame is looking for in recruits. I will either make a new thread for those messages or post them here. This way we can all be using similar messages that have been pre-approved by management.
If you would be interested in helping out, please either reply to this thread with your Account battletag (IE: Snowy.2791). The more volunteers we could get, the better chance we have at getting more guildies to group with!
