Hello all!
I have a Senior Member spot (or two) that I would like to fill.
At the moment, I'm looking for one or two people to be PvE Senior Member. Duties will be listed down below, but short version: Someone to help us make groups for any of the following dungeons/world bosses/Jump Puzzles/help answer misc PvE questions/etc.
First, a reminder of the Senior Member rank, duties, and incentives:
Senior Member The Senior Members are members who have greatly contributed to the guild and are a valuable asset to the guild. This may be a combination of (but not limited to) any of the following examples: guild stash donations, organizing PvE/PvP events, actively helping fellow guildies with questions or in the game, informing management of any conflicts/issues that arise, etc. Senior members will be given areas/duties (similar to officers) to help out with; however, they are not officers and will have to defer to the management.
- Senior Members are required to report concerns/violations of Guild Rules to management
- Senior Members will also have the ability to invite new players to the guild.
- Senior Members will have the ability to claim/unclaim WvW forts for TAF
- Senior Members will have access to deposit and withdraw from the Guild Stash and to deposit into the Treasure Trove
- Senior Members will have the ability to display the guild emblem on weapons/armor
- Senior Members will be given higher priority than Members, Initiates or Inactives for any guild events
The duties of the Senior Member(s) of PvE would be the following:
- Report concerns/violations of Guild Rules to management
- Work with Management to set up regular PvE events, whether random/spur of the moment or scheduled in advance.
-- These events may be (but not limited to): Dungeon runs, group set up for World Bosses, Setting up achievement runs, etc.
- Work with the Recruitment Officer (moi) for any recruit possibilities, i.e.: an outstanding PUG in a dungeon, etc. [This position does not have an emphasis on recruitment]
- Regularly check in with Management or assigned officer for updates regarding guild policy and duties for the Senior Members.
If you are interested, please send me a PM here on the forums with the following information:
When you generally play [include your time zone] (Morning, evening, weekends only, etc), the time/days that you know you cannot play, what sort of area(s) you would like to cover as a SM of PvE, and any qualifications that may aid you in this position.
Thank you for reading this wall o' text. I'll review any PMs about this in detail. I may follow up with people interested either here on the forum, in game, or on Ventrilo for more info. =)
